Kay Benson-Akhigbe II and her husband, Benson Akhigbe II, serve as leaders of Firm Foundation International, a fast growing movement based in Benin City, Nigeria, that raises leaders for global transformation. She is the Executive Director of Living Your Dream Initiative and Secure the Future for the Youths Initiative, both faith-based organizations that champion child protection, girls and women empowerment, and youth empowerment and quality education respectively.

Kay is the executive producer of Living Your Dreams Broadcast, a half-hour weekly television program that addresses issues of soul care (inner healing, personal development, and total life improvement) and equips viewers to convert their pain to power and lead their best lives beyond traumatic events. She is a strong advocate of an all-inclusive approach to addressing social, structural, and systemic problems to restore values, virtues, and skills.
Kay is a graduate of English Language and Literature from the prestigious University of Benin, Nigeria. She is completing her Master’s Equipping Certification through Global Awakening’s Christian Healing Program.

She has championed several projects targeted at vulnerable women, children, and youths; including a rehabilitation center for vulnerable children, a leadership and mentoring platform for college and university students, and several mentoring and coaching platforms for vulnerable women to network and share experiences of overcoming similar emotional struggles. Her regular workshops and sessions on soul care, family development, and leadership have hosted thousands of youths and women.

As a faculty member of Adullam School of Supernatural Reformation and Transformation, which envisions and raises cultural reformation and transformation champions, she delivers the family development modules where she advocates for and unwraps the unique dimensions of the family as the greatest and most formidable institution of education as a prelude to organized learning in the formal education system.
